It is expected that by 2023 in the gambling zone “Primorye” will operate 11 casinos. This was stated by Konstantin Shestakov, acting vice-governor of the region, during the site visit.

 Seven countries have invested in the development of the region 78.5 billion rubles ($ 1.2 billion), among them Russia, Hong Kong, China, Kingdom of Cambodia, South Korea and others. Shestakov added that three new gambling establishments will be put into operation next year.

 And about. Vice-Governor said that the two projects entertainment complexes with gambling halls are at the finishing stage. Investor Cambodia completing the construction of 11-storey hotel with a casino and concert hall, and a Russian investor JSC “Shambala” will launch its casino in advanced mode in March next year.

 The control works in the gaming zone produced JSC “Development Corporation of the Primorsky Territory”. Shestakov added that construction is on schedule. Based on this official hopes that all 11 gambling facilities will be commissioned in the next few years.

 The Russian government is actively involved in the development of a gambling zone in Primorye in the hope that the gaming area will be one of the main tourist attractions. The target audience are tourists from Japan for a gambling zone investors, so business owners are already trying to establish partnerships with Japan – travel agencies, – to promote the gaming zone.
